L\u00e5t ligga i kylen 5-6 timmar.<\/p>\n<p>Tag fram k\u00f6ttet en timme innan det ska grillas. Grilla k\u00f6ttet \u00f6ver het gl\u00f6d ca 2-3 minuter p\u00e5 vardera sida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hasselbacksr\u00f6dbetor:<\/strong>\u00a0Skala r\u00f6dbetorna och sk\u00e5ra ena sidan ca 1 cm djupt och med 1-2 millimeter mellan sk\u00e5rorna.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg r\u00f6dbetorna med sk\u00e5rorna upp\u00e5t i en ugnsform, g\u00e4rna med grovt havssalt i botten. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och pensla \u00f6ver r\u00f6dbetorna, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver str\u00f6br\u00f6det. Baka mitt i ugnen i 35-40 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BBQ-S\u00e5s:<\/strong>\u00a0Sk\u00e4r bort stj\u00e4lkf\u00e4stet p\u00e5 tomaten och sk\u00e4r den i t\u00e4rningar. Skala l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k, finhacka den. K\u00e4rna ur chilin och finhacka den. Fr\u00e4s alltsammans mjukt i olja i en stekpanna tillsammans med farinsocker.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt soja och ketchup. L\u00e5t koka upp och sedan sjuda n\u00e5gra minuter. Ta av fr\u00e5n plattan och tills\u00e4tt chilis\u00e5sen, mixa s\u00e5sen sl\u00e4t, mixa s\u00e5sen sl\u00e4t. Smaka av med salt och nymald svartpeppar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sparris och baconrullar:<\/strong>\u00a0Pensla sparrisen med olja. F\u00f6rgrilla dem runt om n\u00e5gra minuter.
