L\u00e5t ligga i kylen 5-6 timmar.<br \/>\nTag fram k\u00f6ttet en timme innan det ska grillas. Grilla k\u00f6ttet \u00f6ver het gl\u00f6d ca 2-3 minuter p\u00e5 vardera sidan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grillad potatis<\/strong>: F\u00f6rkoka potatisen i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten ca 10 minuter. H\u00e4ll av vatten och l\u00e5t \u00e5nga av.<br \/>\nDela potatisen och l\u00e4gg den sedan p\u00e5 de fyra arken. Blanda sm\u00f6r med tomatpesto, hackad basilika och tunt skivad vitl\u00f6k, salt och peppar. Klicka \u00f6ver potatisen och vik i hop foliearken.<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg paketen p\u00e5 grillen och baka dem cirka 20 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Sparris och tomat: Dela tomaten. Sk\u00e4r bort den vita nedersta delen p\u00e5 sparrisen. Pensla tomater och sparris med olja.
