L\u00e5t sv\u00e4lla i cirka 5 minuter. Blanda ner \u00e4lgf\u00e4rsen, \u00e4gg, pressa ner vitl\u00f6k, smula ner fetaosten, salt och peppar. Forma till biffar och stek i olja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bulgursallad<\/strong>: Koka bulguren enligt f\u00f6rpackningens anvisningar. L\u00e5t svalna. Dela gurkan p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och ta bort k\u00e4rnorna med en liten sked. Sk\u00e4r gurkan i t\u00e4rningar. K\u00e4rna ur chilin och finhacka den. V\u00e4nd ner gurkan, chili och koriander i bulguren.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa ihop olja, honung och citronsaft och smaka av med salt och peppar.
