Riv citronskalet.<br \/>\nSkala och finhacka vitl\u00f6ken. Blanda citron, vitl\u00f6k, persilja, salt och peppar.<br \/>\nSk\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet i ca 3&#215;3 cm stora bitar. Blanda k\u00f6ttet med citron- och persiljeblandningen. L\u00e5t det ligga och dra sig i kylen minst fem timmar. Ta fram fr\u00e5n kylen ca en timme innan det ska grillas.<br \/>\nTr\u00e4 upp k\u00f6ttet p\u00e5 spett. Grilla runt om ca 10 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ananassalsa<\/span><br \/>\nSkala ananasen och sk\u00e4r bort den grova stocken i mitten. Sk\u00e4r fruktk\u00f6ttet i sm\u00e5 kuber. Skala och finhacka l\u00f6ken. K\u00e4rna ur och finhacka chilin.<br \/>\nSk\u00f6lj limen noga i ljummet vatten. Riv skalet och pressa ut saften. Blanda alltsammans. Krydda med mynta, honung, salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Lime- och fetayoghurt<\/span><br \/>\nMixa samman fetaost och yoghurt. Sk\u00f6lj limen noga i ljummet vatten. Riv skalet och blanda med yoghurten.
