Koka dem mjuka i vatten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>K\u00f6ttbullar:<\/strong> Pressa vitl\u00f6ken i en bunke. Sk\u00f6lj limen och riv skalet fint. Skala och riv ingef\u00e4ran.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda vitl\u00f6k, limeskal och ingef\u00e4ra med f\u00e4rsen. Krydda med salt, paprikapulver och spiskummin. Forma till k\u00f6ttbullar och stek dem i olivoljan i en stekpanna ca 8 minuter. V\u00e4nd dem och d\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Morotskross:<\/strong> H\u00e4ll av vattnet fr\u00e5n mor\u00f6tterna och krossa dem med en visp tillsammans med sm\u00f6ret. Smaka av med limesaft, salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Strimla socker\u00e4rterna och koka dem ca 2 minuter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Myntayoghurt:<\/strong> Plocka bladen fr\u00e5n myntan och strimla h\u00e4lften. R\u00f6r ner den strimlade myntan i yoghurten och smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Servera k\u00f6ttbullarna med morotskross, myntayoghurt och socker\u00e4rter.
